Board Moves February 28, 2018

Kin Mining has appointed Jeremy Kirkwood as independent non-executive chair. Mr  Kirkwood has extensive experience in corporate strategy, investment banking and global capital markets. The company also announces the resignation of David Sproule as non-executive director. Current chair Trevor Dixon will become interim managing director until the company can appoint a suitably qualified applicant, and thereafter Mr  Dixon will remain on the board as non-executive director.
