Credit Intelligence has appointed prominent banker Mark Paton as an independent non-executive director, following the resignation of Mel Ashton from the board. Sydney-based Mr Paton has over 30 years of experience in banking and financial markets, including 10 years with ANZ Banking Group where he was group managing director of corporate and 4 years as managing director and chief executive of FIIG Securities.
Sharon Warburton will depart from the board of Fortescue Metals Group at the end of March. Ms Warburton was appointed a non-executive director in November 2013 and has been co-deputy chair since July 2017.
Jani Surjan will become the chief financial officer and joint company secretary of Schrole in March, following the resignation of Nick Allan. Mr Surjan is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of commerce and public practice experience within the oil and gas, health and aged care sectors. Brett Tucker has also been appointed to the company, as joint company secretary.
