Board Moves February 21, 2020

Holista CollTech has appointed Brett Fraser as non-executive chair and Stuart Usher as company secretary. Mr  Fraser is an experienced ASX company director and has worked within the finance and securities industry for over 30 years. Mr  Usher is a CPA and Chartered Company Secretary with 25 years of experience in the management and corporate affairs of public listed companies. He replaces Mr  Fraser and Jay Stephenson who have been joint company secretaries since 2018 and 2012 respectively.

Jacqueline Barry has resigned as joint company secretary of Magnum Mining & Exploration.

Rio Tinto has appointed three new independent non-executive directors - Hinda Gharbi and Jennifer Nason will join the board in March, and Ngaire Woods will join in September. Ms  Gharbi is the executive vice president of Reservoir & Infrastructure at Schlumberger, a company she has been with for 24 years, working in various engineering, functional and line management positions. Ms  Nason, global chair of JP Morgan, has over 30 years of experience in corporate finance and capital markets. Ms  Woods CBE is the founding Dean of the Blavatnik School of Government, Professor of Global Economic Governance, as well as a founder and director of the Global Economic Governance Programme at Oxford University.

Russell Hardwick, a Certified Practicing Accountant and an associate member of the Governance Institute of Australia, has been appointed joint company secretary of Trek Metals.
