Board Moves February 21, 2018

Nev Power has resigned as chief executive of Fortescue Metals Group. The company has appointed current chief financial officer and executive director Elizabeth Gaines as its new chief executive. It has also appointed Cameron Wilson as joint company secretary. Mr  Wilson has more than 20 years of mining industry experience across a number of commercial, legal and governance roles in the gold, nickel, coal and mineral sands sectors. He replaces Ian Wells who will move from a company secretarial role to become chief financial officer.
