Our board moves wrap includes Mark Licciardo, Belinda Cleminson, Maja McGuire, Mark Twycross, Adrian Smith, Kieran Purcell, Chris Tuckwell, Mike Sutton, Chris Sutherland, and Michael Mann.

Mark Licciardo and Belinda Cleminson of Mertons Corporate Services have been appointed joint company secretaries of Alexium International Group from March, following the resignation of Maja McGuire. Mr Licciardo is the founder of Mertons, a specialist corporate governance and company secretarial consultancy. Ms  Cleminson has 17 years of experience providing company secretarial services to a variety of public and private companies.

K-TIG, a welding technology company also known as Keyhole TIG Welding, has appointed Mark Twycross and Adrian Smith as non-executive directors. Mr  Twycross has over 40 years of experience in energy and water infrastructure including pipeline design and construction, process facilities, design, procurement, fabrication and installation. Mr  Smith is an experienced company director and entrepreneur who has created global industry leading firms with a particular focus in the international defence industries. Kieran Purcell, who has been assisting the company with identifying suitable directors during the board transition process, has resigned following these appointments.

MACA has made some changes to its board and management structure. After nearly 11 years of service, Chris Tuckwell has resigned as managing director and chief executive and will depart in early March to enable a smooth transition for Mike Sutton, who has been appointed chief executive from February 24. Mr  Sutton was the chief operating officer of Downer EDI Mining and held senior operational roles within the mining and civil industries including 13 years at Henry Walker Eltin. The company has also appointed Chris Sutherland as an independent non-executive director, effective February 24. Mr  Sutherland has extensive experience in senior executive and director roles within the contracting industry.

After serving 3 years on the board, Michael Mann has resigned as non-executive director of Vietnam Industrial Investments.
