Our daily board moves wrap includes Quentin Megson, Tony Chamberlain, Brett Tucker, Benjamin Donovan, Leslie Pereira, Ray Shorrocks, Ran Kaspi, Anat Peled, Grant Osborne, David McEntaggart and Nicki Farley.

Quentin Megson, chief operating and financial officer of Auscann Group Holdings, has also been appointed joint company secretary.

Tony Chamberlain has been appointed project director of BCI Minerals, and will be responsible for the Mardie Salt & Potash Project. Dr  Chamberlain has a PhD in Metallurgy and has experience in senior engineering and development roles. He was the chief operating officer of Vimy Resources prior to this appointment, and will join the board of Vimy as non-executive director.

Brett Tucker has resigned as company secretary and chief financial officer of Cougar Metals following his relocation to Melbourne. The company has appointed Benjamin Donovan as company secretary. Mr  Donovan is a member of Chartered Secretaries Australia and provides corporate advisory and consultancy services to a number of ASX-listed and public unlisted companies.

Estrella Resources has appointed Leslie Pereira as non-executive chair, following the retirement of Ray Shorrocks from the role. Mr  Pereira is a businessman and investor in the resources sector, and has previously held senior management positions overseeing active mining operations in Indonesia.

Ran Kaspi has been appointed chief financial officer of ParaZero, a drone safety systems company. He replaces Anat Peled who has resigned from the company.

Grant Osborne has resigned as non-executive director of Scorpion Minerals.

David McEntaggart has replaced Nicki Farley as company secretary of Titanium Sands. Mr  McEntaggart is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of experience in the resource industry and accounting profession in Australia and the UK.
