Nawal Silfani has resigned as a company secretary of Caltex.
Jeremy King has been appointed as a non-executive director of Cott Oil and Gas. Mr King is a corporate advisor and lawyer with more than 15 years of experience in domestic and international legal, financial and corporate matters. He also serves as a director of Smart Parking, DTI Group and Grange Consulting.
As a result of the above appointment, Andrew Dimsey has tendered his resignation from the board of Cott Oil and Gas.
Mark Di Silvio has been appointed as the chief financial officer and company secretary of Sheffield Resources.
Mr Di Silvio has previously held several senior executive roles including CFO at Mawson West and Centamin, CFO/company secretary to Ausgold and Central Petroleum, and senior accounting/finance manager at Woodside Energy.
Will JV Burbury has resigned as company secretary and remains to be non-executive chairman of the company.
