Board Moves August 30, 2019

Alex Doering, current financial controller of Carnarvon Petroleum, has been appointed joint company secretary.

Dynasty Resources has appointed current executive director and chief financial officer William Hu as non-executive chair, current non-executive director Gang Xu as managing director, and Henko Vos as company secretary. Henry Kinstlinger has resigned as company secretary.

Dougal Ferguson has resigned from the board of Elixir Energy. Mr  Ferguson was the managing director from 2014 through to April 2019 but remained on the board to assist with the transition and re-location of the company’s office from Perth to Adelaide, which is now complete.

Sarah Wilson, company secretary of Flinders Mines, will be commencing maternity leave. Current non-executive director Shannon Coates will also become joint company secretary while Ms  Wilson reduces her hours of work.

Oro Verde has appointed a management and technical team to advance the Makuutu Rare Earth Elements Project located in Uganda. Current non-executive director Marc Steffens will transition to an executive role, Hayden Buswell has been appointed consulting metallurgical engineer and Geoff Chapman as consulting geologist. Mr  Buswell has processing, project development and operations experience across various commodities and areas including Africa, Australia, Europe, Asia and North America. Mr  Chapman has over 30 years of experience in the mining industry including technical and management roles.
