Our board moves wrap includes Stuart Grimshaw, Jason Kulas, Matthew Madden, John Duffin, Len Troncone, Peter McUtchen, Kevin Lines, Michael Bohm, Jason Bahnsen, Peter Bird, and Mike Joyce.

Stuart Grimshaw has stepped down as non-executive chair of Cash Converters International.  Jason Kulas has been appointed non-executive chair and replaces Mr Grimshaw as a nominee director of EZCORP. Mr Kulas has over 25 years of experience across banking and financial sectors. He joined EZCORP as president and chief financial officer in February 2020 and was appointed chief executive in July.

Pre-fabricated modular data centre specialist DXN has appointed chief executive Matthew Madden as executive director, following the resignation of John Duffin from the board.

Len Troncone has resigned as chief executive, chief financial officer and joint company secretary of PARKD. Peter McUtchen, one of the company’s founders and current executive director and chief operating officer, will take over as chief executive.

After 12 years with Ramelius Resources, Kevin Lines will be retiring as non-executive chair at the end of September. Non-executive director Michael Bohm will become acting chair as the company commences a search for a new chair.

Vancouver-based Jason Bahnsen has been appointed president of Tempus Resources as the company moves towards its planned listing on the TSX Venture Exchange. Mr Bahnsen is a Canadian/Australian mining engineer with over 30 years of experience in natural resources finance and operations, and has held CEO roles for several private and listed resource exploration and development companies.

Current non-executive director of Zenith Minerals, Peter Bird, will take over as non-executive chair from Mike Joyce at the end of September. Mr Joyce has been with the company since its listing in 2007 and as chair since 2013. He will remain on the board as non-executive director until the AGM.
