Matt Callahan is taking a temporary leave of absence from the boards of Botanix Pharmaceuticals and Orthocell. He will consult to the companies on an ongoing basis and intends to rejoin both boards after the leave of absence.
Simon Paull has been appointed managing director of Castillo Copper. Mr Paull is a senior operational & finance executive with over 25 years of experience in the resources & mining services sectors, mainly in Africa. Current executive director Alan Armstrong will step down from the board to assume the newly created role of chief financial officer, in readiness for the company’s listing in London.
David Rich has resigned as chief financial officer and company secretary of Otto Energy. He will remain with the company until November. The company is seeking to appoint a Houston-based CFO as majority of the financial and accounting support functions will move from Perth to Houston.
