Kin Mining has appointed current non-executive director Joe Graziano as non-executive chair. Mr Graziano has been with the company since 2012 as a founding director and was company secretary until 2018.
Redbank Copper has appointed Michael Hannington as executive chair, and Daryl Henthorn & Keith Middleton as non-executive directors. Mr Hannington is a geophysicist and lawyer with over 30 years of experience managing exploration and mining projects; Mr Henthorn has over 30 years of experience in financial services, advisory and operational management across a number of industry sectors; and Mr Middleton has extensive experience in financial analysis, risk management, major capital works expenditure, project management, corporate governance and WHS regulations. Carol New, Craig Hall and Alan Still have stepped down from the board, with Kelly Moore replacing Carol New as company secretary.
Sheffield Resources has appointed John Richards and Ian Macliver as non-executive directors. Mr Richards is an economist with over 35 years of experience in the resources industry; and Mr Macliver has experience in capital raisings, acquisitions, divestments, takeovers, business and strategic planning, debt and equity reconstructions, operating projects, financial reviews and valuations. Bruce McQuitty, former managing director and founding shareholder, will be retiring as non-executive director at the next AGM. The restructure is part of a board renewal process as the company’s Thunderbird Project moves towards the development and production phase.
