Craig Hall has been appointed non-executive director of Auris Minerals. He has been nominated to represent the interests of Investmet. Mr Hall is an experienced geologist with over 30 years of minerals industry experience in exploration, development and production roles in a range of commodities, principally precious and base metals.
Raj Logaraj has joined the board of Elsight as non-executive director. He replaces Dr Anton Uvarov who has resigned to concentrate on other business commitments. Mr Logaraj served on the boards of public companies listed on the Australian Stock Exchange, Singapore Stock Exchange and the Malaysian Stock Exchange, dealing with a diverse range of businesses including agribusiness, FMCG, uranium mining, medical devices and financial services. In addition to his board duties at Elsight, Mr Logaraj will take a lead in developing new business opportunities for the company by leveraging on his strategic relationships.
Francis Harper, current non-executive director of Vital Metals, has been appointed non-executive chair of the company. Mr Harper has extensive experience in West African mining and is a founding director of Blackwood Capital, which has raised over $1 billion for smaller companies over the last 15 years.
