Board Moves August 12, 2022

Michael Di Tommaso has resigned as executive director and chief executive of Roto-Gro International. Mr Tommaso joined the company in 2019 and became chief executive in January 2021.

S2 Resources has advised that Matthew Keane is no longer the chief executive, as the company focuses on exploring its flagship Greater Fosterville project in central Victoria with Melbourne-based executive chair Mark Bennett managing its activities with staff based in its new office in Melbourne. A Perth-based chief executive position is now redundant.

Tennant Minerals has appointed Dr Allison Dugdale as a non-executive director, following the resignation of Gino D'Anna who has served on the board since December 2019. Dr Dugdale has over 30 years of minerals industry and academic experience, including 15 years in senior exploration roles with several major mining companies. She has also been the principal geologist of a geological consultancy which provides exploration targeting services to mineral exploration companies in Australia and North America.

Craig Ferrier has stepped down as chief executive of Tungsten Mining. He has been with the company since August 2014, and will be available to the company on a consulting basis. Current non-executive director Teck Siong Wong will become an executive director and interim chief executive, until a replacement has been appointed.
