Board Moves April 9, 2019

Family Insights Group has appointed Alistair McCall to the newly created position of chief data officer. Mr  McCall is a data professional with almost two decades of experience across the retail, advertising, telecommunications and leisure industries.

Stefan Murphy will be stepping down as managing director of Great Boulder Resources in May due to his appointment as chief executive of Nathan River Resources. Greg Hall, current non-executive chair, will be the interim chief executive when Mr  Murphy departs.

Carol New has been appointed non-executive director of Horseshoe Metals and Redbank Copper, following the resignation of Neil Porter from both boards. Ms  New is a Chartered Accountant and has over 20 years of experience working with public-listed companies in director, chief financial officer and company secretarial roles. She is also a company secretary for both organisations.

Adrian Byass and Andrew Allan have resigned as non-executive chair and non-executive director of Orinoco Gold respectively.

Michael Malone and Di Fulton have resigned as non-executive chair and non-executive director of Sky and Space Global respectively.

Gerard Dyson will become the managing director of Spectur in July, with current managing director Peter Holton transitioning to the role of executive general manager and focusing on business & product development and relationships with key clients & large prospects. Mr  Dyson will commence as executive general manager on 15 April, working alongside Mr  Holton to ensure a smooth transition of leadership. The company has also appointed current product and systems manager, Gary Pennefather, as chief operating officer.
