Graeme Clatworthy has resigned as executive director of Meteoric Resource, having served on the board in both an executive and non-executive capacity since November 2012.
David Woodall has been appointed chief executive of Superior Lake Resources, and will be responsible for promoting and overseeing the day-to-day progress and development of the Pick Lake and Winston Lake high-grade zinc mine in Ontario Canada. For over 30 years, Mr Woodall has been involved in mining operations in Australia, Fiji, Central Asia, Indonesia, China, PNG and North America.
David Phillips has joined the board of Suda Pharmaceuticals, a leader in oro-mucosal drug delivery, as non-executive director. Mr Phillips was previously appointed as an advisor to the board. He has been involved in the monetisation of several R&D operations and drug delivery technologies.
Craig Basson has resigned as chief financial officer and company secretary of Sun Resources. Jo-Ann Long has been appointed to take over the part-time roles. Ms Long has over 28 years of experience in building, leading and advising corporations on financial management, restructures, international expansion, acquisitions and risk management.
Gage Roads Brewing Company has appointed Miles Hull as national marketing executive and Aaron Heary as chief strategy officer. Mr Hull led the creative development and marketing department of Little Creatures for 6 years and was responsible for the expansion of its marketing strategy on the east coast, the development of their dining hall concept in Victoria, and the establishment of the White Rabbit Brewery. Mr Heary has more than 14 years of experience in the brewing business, having commenced as a brewer during Gage Roads’ startup stage in 2004 and quickly advancing as head brewer, then general manager of operations before becoming chief operating officer.
