Board Moves April 7, 2022

Michael Lynn has resigned as executive director of Newfield Resources. Mr Lynn has been with the company since August 2015 before becoming an executive director in January 2016.

RTG Mining has appointed US-based Kenneth Caruso as non-executive director, following the retirement of David Cruse who has been a board member since 2013. Mr Caruso has over 40 years of legal experience, specialising in both civil and criminal matters, often involving international jurisdictions.

Sacgasco has appointed William Ashby as non-executive director, and Joanne Kendrick has resigned from the board. Mr Ashby has over 38 years of experience in upstream oil and gas covering the disciplines of geoscience, sub surface engineering, drilling, development and production. He has also worked in Southeast Asia, and developed significant discoveries in PNG, Madura Strait in Indonesia, and the Gulf Coast of USA.
