Steve Carolan, founder and non-executive director of CV Check, will be stepping down from the company at the end of May, in an effort to reduce costs and size of the board during this COVID-19 pandemic. Mr Carolan founded the business in 2004 and was managing director until November 2016 before assuming a role on the board.
Mali Lithium has reduced its board from 5 to 3 members in an effort to reduce expenditure, preserve cash and direct more management focus towards the company’s gold tenements. His appointment follows the resignation of Robert Perring from the board.
