Credit Intelligence has announced the retirement of Tony Ho as non-executive chair and the resignation of Mark Paton as non-executive director. Jimmie Wong, the company’s founder, managing director and chief executive, takes over as executive chair. The company has also appointed Brett Crowley and Michael Pixley as non-executive directors. Mr Crowley, a practicing solicitor, was a partner of Ernst & Young in Hong Kong & Australia and KPMG in Hong Kong. Mr Pixley has 35 years of merchant banking experience across a broad range of industries in Australia and Asian regions.
Family Zone Cyber Safety has appointed US-based Matthew Stepka as non-executive director. Mr Stepka is the managing partner of Machina Ventures, an investment firm focused on early-stage, artificial intelligence and data science enabled companies. He was a former vice president of business operations and strategy at Google. The appointment comes as the company aims to accelerate growth into the US education market.
Ranya Alkadamani has joined the board of Vulcan Energy Resources as non-executive director. Ms Alkadamani is a communications strategist and founder of Impact Group International which focuses on strategic communications advice for innovators, philanthropists, ASX-listed companies and private organisations.
