Board Moves April 27-29, 2022

APM Human Services International has advised that Nev Power has resumed his role as non-executive director. Mr Power took a leave of absence since February 2022 and was not paid any director fees during that time.

DevEx Resources has appointed Stacey Apostolou as an executive director. Ms Apostolou is a finance and mining executive with over 30 years of experience, working at senior levels in the Australian resources sector. She has been a consultant of DevEx for the last 5 months.

Aida Tabakovic has resigned as joint company secretary of Indiana Resources due to other work commitments.

NickelSearch has appointed current chair David Royle as executive technical director until 31 July 2022. He will continue to provide oversight and management of the company’s exploration activities at the Carlingup Nickel Project. Mr Royle will resume as non-executive chair once a full-time exploration manager has been appointed.

Justin Richard has resigned as managing director of Oar Resources, following the conclusion of his 3-month probation period. In the interim, current exploration manager Ross Cameron will have responsibility for the company’s day-to-day operations.
