Board Moves April 23, 2019

Ian Murchison and Bruce McCracken have retired as directors of AssetOwl. They have both been with the company prior to its IPO, with Mr  Murchison as non-executive director since 2011 and Mr  McCracken as executive director since 2013.

Tim George is the new chief executive at Pensana Metals. Mr  George is a minerals engineer with over 30 years of experience in the mining & engineering sectors, and in mining project development throughout sub-Saharan Africa.

Peter Webse has been appointed joint company secretary of Threat Protect Australia. Mr  Webse has over 27 years of experience and is the managing director of a company specialising in providing company secretarial, corporate governance and corporate advisory services.

Jerry Monzu has replaced Keith Bowker as company secretary of Zinc of Ireland. Mr  Monzu has over 25 years of experience in corporate governance, finance and accounting.
