Our daily board moves wrap includes Matthew Driscoll, Jay Stephenson, Michael Fry, Catherine Grant-Edwards, Peter Stickland, Dougal Ferguson, Mark McAuliffe, Michael Davy, Costa Tsesmelis, Greg Stamboulidis, Gianmarco Biagi, and Lorenzo Biagi.

Matthew Driscoll has been appointed non-executive director of Blina Minerals. Mr  Driscoll has over 30 years of experience in capital markets and the financial services industry. His appointment follows the resignation of Jay Stephenson, who has served as a non-executive director since October 2016.

Michael Fry has replaced Catherine Grant-Edwards as company secretary of Cauldron Energy. Ms  Grant-Edwards has been with the company for 6 years.

Peter Stickland and Dougal Ferguson have been appointed non-executive chair and managing director of Entek Energy respectively. This follows Entek’s acquisition of the Alaskan leases (Project Peregrine) from Elixir Petroleum. Mr  Stickland, current non-executive director of Entek, is a geophysicist and geologist with over 25 years of global exploration experience in the oil and gas industry. Mr  Ferguson, Elixir’s managing director, has over 25 years of experience in management positions within oil and gas companies. Mark McAuliffe will transition from the roles of an executive chair and managing director to a non-executive director.

Michael Davy has stepped down as non-executive director of Jadar Lithium.

Costa Tsesmelis has been appointed non-executive director of Minrex Resources. Mr  Tsesmelis is a chemical engineering consultant with over 40 years of technical, managerial and commercial experience in gas processing, LNG, refining, petrochemicals and alternative fuels.

Greg Stamboulidis has been appointed non-executive director of Plus Connect.

ServTech Global Holdings has appointed Gianmarco Biagi as managing director and Lorenzo Biagi as executive director and chief sales officer following the company’s acquisition of Officine 8K SRL (to be renamed V​ection), a leading software development and virtual reality company. Both are based in Bologna, Italy.
