Cyclone Metals has appointed Stirling Ross as non-executive director. Mr Ross began his career in the transport industry, specialising in hazardous storage and logistics of agricultural and mining chemicals for large multinationals, before transitioning to a trading role in agricultural and mining products.
Grand Gulf Energy has appointed Lloyd Flint as company secretary. Mr Flint is a Chartered Accountant with 25 years of experience in providing corporate secretarial, financial and business advice to a diverse group of business clients and public companies.
Nelson Resources has appointed Jonathan Shellabear as non-executive director. Mr Shellabear has over 30 years of experience within the mining and financial services industries, and has worked as a geologist, resources analyst, corporate executive and investment banker.
Pathfinder Resources has appointed Robert Martin as non-executive director, and Hugh Callaghan has resigned as managing director. Mr Martin is a commercial businessman with over 25 years of experience across a broad range of sectors including mining, manufacturing, mining services and capital markets.
Xantippe Resources has appointed Argentina-based Carolina Arecco as non-executive director. Ms Arecco has experience in working for American companies and has successfully opened a number of new markets, particularly in business development, in Argentina, Chile and Spain. Her appointment comes as Xantippe recently acquired Carolina Lithium and continues to establish its operations in Argentina.
