The end to vintage 2006 can’t come soon enough for winemakers in Margaret River and surrounding areas, but the end of harvest also gives the rest of us a chance to celebrate.
Vintage Stomp! is on again and officially started this week. The undisputed highlight of the event is the season of School of Wives, a production by the Noble Rot Theatre Company.
After playing to rave reviews last year, the company returns to Voyager Estate for a season that will run until May 21.

This month, the Perth cafe chain Aroma Café celebrates 10 years in Western Australia.
The first Aroma Café store sprang up on Hay Street in 1996 and quickly found a home among the early morning caffeine conscious.
There are now 27 Aroma cafes in and around the CBD and Bunbury, plus three located in South Australia.
The very first Aroma Café is now owned by Adrian Mule, son of Aroma founder Robert Mule. As part of a brand refresh and menu update, the original store has undergone extensive renovations.
