Big spend aims to boost jobs

ALMOST $1 million has been provided by the WA Government to support ten training sector and industry projects in WA.

The Science and Technology Innovation Fund aims to increase the science and technology capacity of the vocational education and training sector.

The projects range from research to establish a world class underwater welding training facility to a viability study into a sandalwood plantation industry in the Great Southern.
