Benchmarking & Remuneration Breakfast

The Recruitment and Consulting Services Association is holding a Benchmarking and Remuneration breakfast on Wednesday November 5 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel.

The breakfast has been designed for all recruitment industry workers, owners and managers or anyone with an interest in finding out more about the major areas of movement within the recruitment industry.

The keynote speaker for the breakfast is Hart Consulting Group principal Chris Hart who will provide an in-depth analysis on the trends and directions in remuneration and key financial benchmarks as surveyed within the RCSA remuneration review.

Issues that will be covered during the breakfast include key benchmarks such as the typical revenues written by a consultant by discipline; the proportion of wages to revenue and profit to revenue; mix of staff; and detailed trends and directions in pay design.
