Bells Estate freshly sold

BELLS Estate, once owned by the collapsed Boat Torque company has been bought by the Globe Trotter Corporate Travel owners John and Amanda Battley for an undisclosed sum.

The restaurant and function venue is thought to be worth $3 million.

The Battleys plan to continue to operate the venue as a location for weddings, functions and special events. The venue has five different function rooms and can cater for seated functions for up to 400 people.

Globe Trotter Travel is ranked ninth in the WA Business News List of Travel Agents in WA.

Boat Torque’s ferry business was split between three of Perth’s ferry operators in a deal worth about $10 million in August.
