Bankruptcy search

AUSTRALIAN Business Research has launched live, web based access to the Insolvency & Trustee Service Australia’s bankruptcy searches.

All bankruptcy searches are recorded in the National Personal Insolvency Index, which contains around 500,000 records – with some dating back to 1920.

ABR Bankruptcy Search, at, gives users the ability to track all stages of bankruptcy for any individual.

In addition, it provides information on 17 sets of data, including occupation or business details, dates of bankruptcy, date of entry on the NPII, trustee, processor, petitioning creditors’ and solicitors’ names, court dates and hearing results.
