Babies boosted by general knowledge

The Inaugural Think Out Loud trivia night, where Western Australia’s communication professionals battled fiercely for the prestigious "We are brilliant" title, has raised more than $3,500 with all proceeds going to the Dymocks Literary Foundation.

Channel 10 took out the honours with Q&A Communication receiving the booby prize.

The money raised at the trivia night will go towards programs such as the Books for WA Babies Campaign.

The campaign is new to WA an is part of the foundation’s Australia-wide program to encourage parents to read to their children from birth.

WA Business News also fielded a team in the event. That team finished a highly respectable fourth in out of 18 high-powered media teams.
