Axiom sell new lots at Port Geographe

Axiom Properties Ltd has advised that due to continued strong demand, the Port Geographe joint venture has released a further stage of new canal lots at the Port Geographe Project at Busselton in Western Australia.

29 new Stage four canal lots have been released to purchasers who had previously registered their interest in the project.

All lots have been committed for sale and contracts executed.

Sales achieved in Stage four were $14.93 million at an average price of $515,000 per lot.

Overall sales achieved so far, in Stages 1 to 4, now total 121 lots for $55.9 million.
