Attraction and retention of talent

As part of inFinance week, July 23 to 27, the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (Finsia) is hosting several short courses, luncheon seminars and networking functions. A luncheon on attracting and retaining talented staff will be held on July 23 at the Parmelia Hilton. Harrier Resourcing People managing director Bruce McCowan will conduct a panel discussion on the topic and relevant issues. Panel members: John Van Der Wielen – CEO, St Andrews Insurance; Bruce Henderson – director of international recruitment firm Robert Walters; and Richard Simpson – managing director, Hartleys Ltd.
