Atlantic has appointed Electrical Construction & Maintenance Australia and Kerman Contraction to complete development works at the Windimurra vanadium project, 600 kilometres north of Perth.
EC&M has been retained as electrical and instrumentation contractor, while Kerman will be responsible for the structural, mechanical and piping work needed to bring the mine up to production.
Last week, Atlantic appointed mining contractor Minepower to complete the Windimurra project last week.
"We are pleased to have secured the major works contractors, along with previously announced Minepower, to finish the Windimurra project," Atlantic managing director Michael Minosora said.
"The project is around 85 per cent complete and is on track for first production in the third quarter of 2011."
Windimurra has a potential capacity to produce 5,700 tonnes of vanadium per year.
