Perth-based residential developer Aspen Living has launched a $7,500 cash rebate for buyers who purchase land in its Byford on the Scarp estate, near Armadale.
Aspen's head of residential, Chris Lewis, said the estate offered an alternative for people looking for affordable land who were not willing to compromise on lot size.
"Unlike other estates in the area, Byford on the Scarp has the advantage of elevation, with the picturesque backdrop of the Darling Scarp and stunning views across the majestic trees, bush and well established parklands," Mr Lewis said.
"The private estate has been masterplanned for 700 home sites that range in size from 450sqm to 1500sqm, with over 250 already sold.
Mr Lewis said anyone purchasing land at Byford on the Scarp was also eligible for Aspen's building bonus package, which includes, a front landscaping and reticulation package, free rear and side fencing and an early building rebate.
"We also have a number of house and land packages available at this impressive estate priced from only $369,900," he said.
