The state government hopes to reach thousands of property investors, local authorities, retailers and hospitality professionals at the MIPIM Asia Property Conference in Hong Kong later this week.
A delegation, including WA Tourism chair Kate Lamont and Perth Lord Mayor Lisa Scaffidi and representatives from various government departments will travel to the conference.
Planning Minister John Day said the conference provided an international platform to raise awareness about Perth's growth, while also obtaining further insight into the investment expectations of the State's nearest neighbours.
"Western Australia has strong, well-established economic ties with Asia and this conference provides an opportunity to present the State's landmark regeneration projects to an international market," Mr Day said.
As a major sponsor of the MIPIM conference, Tourism WA will use the visit to highlight the opportunities opening up in WA for tourism investment and development, particularly in Perth.
Tourism Minister Liz Constable said the cross-sector delegation reflected the co-ordinated approach being taken to attract tourism investors from Asia.

The State Government will illustrate the unprecedented growth taking place in Perth to entice tourism and investment to the city, at Asia's premier property investment conference this week.
A delegation from the Department of Planning, EPRA, Tourism WA, Western Australian Planning Commission and the City of Perth will attend the MIPIM Asia Property Conference in Hong Kong from November 10-12.
The group, which includes WA Tourism chair Kate Lamont and Perth Lord Mayor Lisa Scaffidi, aims to reach up to 3,000 property investors, local authorities, retailers and hospitality professionals from more than 45 countries during the three days.
Planning Minister John Day said the conference provided an international platform to raise awareness about Perth's growth, while also obtaining further insight into the investment expectations of the State's nearest neighbours.
"Western Australia has strong, well-established economic ties with Asia and this conference provides an opportunity to present the State's landmark regeneration projects to an international market," Mr Day said.
"The State Government is investing about $2billion on major urban renewal projects in Perth, including the Perth Waterfront, Perth City Link and Riverside projects, and we aim to attract more than $9billion in investment in these projects."

Tourism Minister Liz Constable said the cross-sector delegation reflected the co-ordinated approach being taken to attract tourism investors from Asia.
"WA's economy has more than $221billion worth of projects in the pipeline and the State needs hotel room supply to keep pace with the expected growth in demand," Dr Constable said.
"These projects are expected to foster a sustained period of growth for WA so the time is right for investment in hotel development in Perth.
"So far, more than half a million people from Asia visited WA in 2010 and those visitors recorded some of the highest expenditure - and that market share is rising - so our closest neighbours remain a key focus of the State's tourism sector."
