What?

My Wellbeing Mate app brings together a network of mental health resources by offering a gateway to helplines, websites, guides, videos, talks, apps, self-checks and more. It is designed for self-help and to support others. The resources are categorised into four sections – mental health, family support, emergency responders, and Aboriginal health. Users of this app can use the four filters to refine searches and can click through to the resources that are most relevant to them.
