CBH Group has appointed Paul Sadleir as an independent director of the board, replacing Trent Bartlett who will retire after nine years. Mr Sadleir is a non-executive director and chair of the nominations and remuneration committee of Perron Group, deputy chair of Brightwater Care Group and a councillor of the WA division of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He was managing director of Cedar Woods from 2003 to 2017.

Simon Taylor is resigning as chief executive of Netball WA. Mr Taylor said he wishes to enjoy a quiet return to Perth following more than 80 days with the West Coast Fever in the Queensland hub, and spend time with his family. Netball WA said it would start a recruitment process in the coming weeks. Netball WA general manager of people and culture Garry Chandler has been appointed acting chief executive.

Anna Reece will be the director of Fremantle Arts Centre. Ms Reece is the executive producer at Perth Festival and will depart the organisation after the 2021 festival. She has overseen the artistic and operational delivery of seven festivals, after starting at the organisation in 2014. Previously, she worked at the Darwin Festival and the Sydney Festival.

Pathfinder Resources has appointed Ailsa Osborne as chief financial officer. Ms Osborne has more than 17 years’ experience in the mineral resources industry in finance, operations and development, and has most recently worked as principal at her consulting business afo corporate services and as group financial controller at Wellard.

Sallese Wilmot-Barr has joined Ray White Commercial WA as the associate director office leasing. Ms Wilmot-Barr previously worked as associate director at Ray White Commercial WA.
