Our weekly appointments wrap includes Christine Allen, David Lock, Steve Cuzens, Jared Dimbley, Zoe Tsagalis, Eu-Min Teng, Marianne Rose, Angela Beechey and Anwen Pattinson.

Christine Allen started work as the chief executive of Council on the Ageing Western Australia late last month. Ms Allen joined the team from Leading Age Services Australia, where she had been WA state manager since 2016. Prior to this role, she spent a decade with the Perth Convention Bureau where she held senior leadership roles including managing director.

Odeum Farms has appointed David Lock as chairman of its board, commencing April 1. Mr Lock was chief executive of Mareterram Limited for two years and is now its chairman. He was previously the chief executive of the Craig Mostyn Group for 12 years. Mr Lock was recently appointed to CBH’s board.

Lease Equity has welcomed three new team members. Steve Cuzens, with over 30 years’ experience in the property industry, has been appointed managing director. Jared Dimbley has been hired as leasing executive after working in sales positions at First National Real Estate and Professionals, while Zoe Tsagalis has joined the team as a research analyst.

Eu-Min Teng has been appointed as a senior lawyer at Pragma Legal. Mr Teng practices in commercial litigation and construction and engineering disputes. He previously worked at Tottle Partners, Norton Rose Fulbright, Squire Patton Boggs and Equitas Lawyers. He is currently studying for his master’s of construction law at the University of Melbourne. 

Master Builders WA has appointed Marianne Rose as legal director after an internal restructure. Ms Rose has worked in construction, telecommunications and infrastructure for the past 15 years. She previously held senior counsel positions with DLA Piper, Probuild, Kier, Jacobs and ran her own business advisory and consulting firm.

Angela Beechey has joined the StudyPerth team as marketing manager, replacing Petra Vanessie. Ms Beechey moves from Marketing Decisions as a digital marketing manager who worked with clients including University of Queensland, TAFE NSW and StudyAdelaide. StudyPerth has also hired Anwen Pattinson as digital marketing coordinator who has marketing experience with Living Online and Enrich Living Services.
