Duy Vo has been appointed as associate director of accounting firm Moore Stephens Perth's assurance advisory division, while tax and business advisory division manager Daniel Pegdon has been promoted to director. Most recently, Mr Vo worked as an associate partner, internal audit and risk consulting, at Crowe Australasia. Before joining Moore Stephens in 2011, Mr Pegdon was an accountant at Paragon Consultants.
John O'Sullivan is joining Tourism WA’s board of commissioners for a one-year term. Mr O’Sullivan was managing director of Tourism Australia for five years to 2019, and is now chief executive of ASX-listed adventure tourism company Experience Co. He has previously held senior roles at Fox Sports Australia, Football Federation Australia and Events Queensland.
Ian Murray has been named a non-executive director of not-for-profit Miners' Promise. Mr Murray is an executive chair of Matador Mining and a non-executive director at Black Rock Mining, Geopacific Resources, and Helios Gold. He has worked in senior roles in the mining industry for 25 years, including as executive chair and managing director of Gold Road Resources and DRDGold.
