Alex Jenkins will be the new director of the WA Data Science Innovation Hub, replacing Liz Dallimore. Mr Jenkins has more than 15 years’ experience implementing and advocating for data science and analytic solutions working for ABB, BHP and St John of God Healthcare. He most recently worked at Imdex as data science manager.
Natalie Sarich-Dayton has become the first female chief executive of Brownes. She was promoted from director of sales and marketing at the company. Before joining Brownes, Ms Sarich-Dayton worked as director of European portfolio development at Coca-Cola enterprises. She has also worked for international food and beverage companies Heinz, Danone and Unilever.
Nick O'Loughlin and Kathryn Penno are joining Nuheara. Mr O'Loughlin has been appointed chief innovation officer after working in Hong Kong and China with United-States consumer appliance brand SharkNinja as senior vice president of global advanced and new product development. Ms Penno, a clinical audiologist, will be director of hearing health. Most recently, she was the founder and principal audiologist of Hearing Collective.
Marketing and design consultancy OKMG has hired Martina Ellis and Jerome Lee. Ms Ellis, who has worked for companies including Priceline Pharmacy, Decjuba and Blue Illusion, has been appointed to the newly-created director of marketing role. Mr Lee has joined the consultancy as creative director after 12 years of leading campaigns and brand and digital experiences at ad agencies Havas and James Phillip Design in Melbourne.
