THE City of Perth recently approved a development application for 59 apartments on the corner of Hay Street and Ventnor Avenue.
To be developed by Aria Land, the eight-storey complex will be known as West One and will be built on the highest block on Hay Street.
Aria Land managing director Paul Simpson said the one- and two-bedroom apartments were designed around the West Perth demographic. West Perth has the greatest portion of single females and males in WA, typically young career professionals.
“Aria Land has assembled a team of Perth’s leading architects, builders, engineers and consultants, the brief being to produce a development unlike anything else in West Perth,” Mr Simpson said.
“We are proud to be able to offer our clients living environments entailing spacious interiors, entertaining size balconies, designer fittings, state-of-the-art security and unrivalled amenities.
“Based on the level of pre-launch interest, we expect very strong sales over the coming months.”
Apartment prices range from $349,000 to $689,000 and the project is due for completion in May 2006.
