The company’s purchase for US$1.1 million of US-based Pennzoil Exploration Australia’s 44.1 per cent assets in the permit will give Amity a 65.1 per cent holding in Whicher Range and 56.3 per cent of the adjacent exploration permit 381.
The other participant is GeoPetro Resources Co.
