VIBURNUM managing director Marshall Allen (pictured) and Wyllie Group managing director Melissa Karlson have joined the board of Western Australian iconic coffee group Dome Coffees, following Viburnum’s acquisition of a majority stake in the company. The Perth based private equity group, with the backing of the Wyllie Group, acquired Dome from Asia-based Navis Capital Partners.
