Nickel miner Albidon is on the hunt for a new managing director after the company and Dale Rogers mutually agreed to part ways.
Albidon announced that Mr Roger's contract will not be extended, as agreed to by the former managing director.
The company said it "would like to recognize Dale's contribution to the development of the Munali nickel project".
Directors Alasdair Cooke and Paul Chapman have been appointed joint managing directors as an interim measure.
