Agreement enhances e-recrutiment

PERTH-based developer and marketer of web-enabled recruitment systems BigRedSky has signed a substantial business-to-business contract with mBox, which claims to be Australia’s largest unified messaging service provider.

Under the agreement, mBox will provide BigRedSky exclusive, branded, unified messaging products including web mail, fax to email, voice to email and text to speech retrieval of email that BigRedSky will pay for on a per user per month basis.

BigRedSky managing director Gain Burnett said mBox offered a natural fit for their messaging needs.

“mBox hosted messaging offers us a sophisticated messaging service without investing in

expensive equipment or incurring administration costs, allowing us to focus on our core business,” Mr Burnett said.

He said BigRedSky’s aim was to significantly enhance the effectiveness of the recruitment process for companies, government agencies and professional recruitment firms.

Their systems also aim to ensure that the process of identifying and applying for vacancies was improved for jobseekers.
