The company had originally planned to list at the on May 30 but today in its prospectus it now expects to list on August 14 after its IPO is scheduled to close on August 8.
The company has lowered its minimum subscription level from $3.5 million to $2.5 million with shares priced at 20c each.
ALCW aims to provide educational content across television, internet and mobile based platforms, including subject areas such as English as a second language.
