AdSchool revitalised

ADVERTISING professionals who missed AdSchool’s restructured training program for 2000 can catch most modules when they are repeated in early 2001.

Advanced modules Account Management and Media Planning and Buying will be offered.

Other courses planned for 2001 include Internet Advertising Principles, Campaign Planning and Retail Communication.

AdSchool’s preliminary course for people wishing to enter the advertising industry, An Introduction to Advertising, was successfully relaunched in May.

AdSchool WA co-ordinator Ken Painter said the completion of this module was, for students with limited work experience, a prerequisite for admission to the advanced modules.

AdSchool is the only advertising course accredited by the Advertising Federation of Australia.
