The Board of Plexus has received advice that Fords Group plc the parent company of the purchaser of HED, was placed in the hands of an Administrator, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC on 24 January 2003. Plexus is determining the exact implication of this action; however, payments due to U-Plex in the immediate future are not likely to be made.
