Australian Growth Limited has begun a management and activity transformation.
Founding director Anthony Short (right) is now executive chairman following the resignation of managing director Brian Mangano, while Philip Angers has joined the board as a non-executive director, and Rob Palandri has been appointed as management consultant.
Mr Angers is the former chairman of HotCopper, a founding director of Western Pacific Securities, executive director of Rothschild Asset Management (Singapore), and managing director of Malaysian Asset Management and Unit Trust Group.
Mr Palandri, founding and former director of Palandri Wines, will have responsibility for Australian Growth’s distribution network and for capital raising.
Australian Growth, which listed on the ASX in July 2002, is preparing for a significant expansion of the company’s plantation management portfolio.
Paul Finklestein has remained on the board as a non-executive director.
