THE Australian Tax Office has lodged a writ for $372,000 against Joanne De Hollander almost two months after it discontinued a winding up motion against a company of which she is a director.
The October 14 edition of the ABR Credit Gazette reports that Ms De Hollander is facing the ATO court action.
On August 19 the ATO discontinued proceedings against Soils aint Soils WA, also known as Soiland, which was closely linked to the Kevin Pollock-linked Soils aint Soils companies that are now in receivership.
It shares the same premises as Mr Pollock’s Soils aint Soils
Ms De Hollander has declined to comment on the ATO writs, her links to Mr Pollock and the Soils aint Soils companies.
