It's the Perth-based company's third major deal for the second half of the 2010 financial year, having secured a $23 million contract from the WA Department of Education and a $35 million contract from Western Power.
The contract win takes the total value of contracts awarded to ASG in the second half to more than $71 million.
The latest deal is for an initial three years, with three extension options of one year each, valued at up to $13 million.
Under the contract, ASG will provide a range of IT services to the department and also provide managed voice services capability.
ASG chief office sales and strategic operations Murray Rosa said the company will shortly announce more opportunities that will double to $71 million value of current contracts already secured this calendar year.
Shares in ASG climbed 2.5 cents to $1.225 at 12:46 AEDT.
