IT services provider ASG Group Ltd has won a $2 million contract to deliver the Oracle Financials re-implementation project for the ACT Government.
IT services provider ASG Group Ltd has won a $2 million contract to deliver the Oracle Financials re-implementation project for the ACT Government.
The Perth-based company will provide system implementation and integration services to the government's Shared Services Centre, whose function is to provide processing and tactical services to ACT government agencies.
As part of the contract, ASG will manage the consolidation of 9 Oracle financial applications systems into one instance to deliver the common business processes required by the Shared Services Centre.
The contract of engagement is for a 2 year period with an initial estimated value of $2 million for delivery by 1 July 2008.
The ACT Government contract follows a number of significant projects secured by ASG in 2007 including contracts with the WA Department of Corrective Services, the Victorian Department of Education and the Victorian Metropolitan Ambulance Service.
